V4L is garbage. I have used them for a year, they were good at first, but now….forget it. The juice is no good, the ECO carts burn up in no time flat. They must get their employees from the prisons and methadone clinics! Stupid, lazy and worthless. They give you the wrong orders, mail the wrong stuff, sit around picking their nose and make it seem like they're doing you a favor by taking your order for their low quality overpriced garbage. After bombing my email for a week about a “customer appreciation” party with a raffle, we went and they were selling raffle tickets! For cheap partial kits and junk.
For as much as we've spent there and as many customers as we've referred, you have to buy raffle tickets? I didn't realize they're a not for profit, maybe the authorities should check this all cash raffle? It's a rip off, and they got the last dime they'll ever get out of me!
